*The whole unit can be reserved for private use for no more than two guests if you prefer not to share the living areas.
OFF SEASON RATES During winter months prices are occasionally negotiable.
CANCELLATIONS 24 hour notice of cancellation ensures the refund of your deposit.

OUR BOOKING POLICIES
	We accept personal checks or money orders for a deposit equal to a one night stay, with the balance due upon your arrival.
	To maintain reasonable rates, we do not accept credit cards.
	Your reservation is held until we receive your check.
	We will send a receipt, a confirmation letter and a brochure.
	If you are from overseas we do not require a deposit because of difficulties of money exchange for you. Cash or travelers checks when you arrive is very acceptable.

MISCELLANEOUS

We occasionally allow canine guests dependent on the current reservations.

There is a $10.00 addition to your daily rate for your dog or dogs (2 maximum)
